Easy to navigate. Pages load quickly. Availability of the refrigerator I was looking for was a huge plus!

I am happy! I was looking at the same appliance at local store and ordering from you saved me $600 and I can get it in 1-3 weeks not 2 months.

Pretty easy to find the appliance I wanted, quick to order. Would like more definitive information about product availability and delivery than was available when ordering.
WEBSITE does not give critical information on shipping date, availability of product in Inventory....competitive information that is extremely important to a consumer making a large purchase.
Any online purchase is frustrating because you don't know what you're going to receive and, often, when you will receive it. I prefer in-person transactions.

After speaking with a customer service rep regarding the delivery timeline, I was happy to place my order.
We were not notified regarding our delivery time. There were insufficient personnel to move the refrigerator, requiring my husband who had to help and was almost hurt.
